FINANCIAL, MENTAL HEALTH & RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
Resources for Sexual Abuse & Trauma
Our church believes in the importance of mental and emotional health in the Christian life. We all go through seasons of difficulty in life regarding our health, relationships, addictions, finances, grief or change. God can use wise men and women who are specially trained to help us develop healthy boundaries, address stress and anxiety, and persevere with resilience. Additionally, we believe that growing in our emotional and mental health awareness is part of our spiritual sanctification. We believe “It is impossible to become spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature” (Pete Scazzero).
Below are two local counseling resources who integrate Christian spirituality and beliefs into their counseling practices. These counselors have partnered with us for special workshops, counseling referrals and guest preaching (Dr. Lewis).
