When not at work he can be found herding children, fishing, trying to build things and reading.
Nathan is fulfilled when helping people find the peace and purpose that only comes through Jesus Christ. He says, "Church is never easy since it's made up of messy and broken people. But Jesus changes and uses ordinary people to live a better story - God's story. And I can't imagine being a part of anything better than that."

Anna Dickson - Director of Bridge Kids
Anna became the Director of Bridge Kids in May 2018!
A native of Tennessee, Anna’s love for children's ministry began in high school when a one-time favor for a friend with her church’s children's ministry quickly developed into a passion. This interest in both children and families led her to study Sociology and then to seminary. Throughout her education, Anna interned and worked with different children's ministries at multiple churches. Anna moved to Birmingham in September 2017, when she and her husband, John, got married.
Anna believes a healthy children's ministry includes the family and the church teaching children about the Lord by coming alongside them and nurturing them holistically as they grow in age and in faith.
Anna considers it a huge privilege to be in ministry with the children at CARB, and she hopes to create memories and formational experiences that will remain throughout each child’s journey to adulthood.
